With over two decades of experience in senior roles across wealth, banking, accounting, consulting and funds management Julien has built a reputation as a market leading advisor to prominent high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
He is known for his strategic thinking, personal approach and creative problem solving to proactively deliver great outcomes for clients. With deep investment expertise and a passion for markets, Julien leverages a global network of partners to bring best-in-class opportunities to assist client’s in leveraging their balance sheet and growing their wealth.
When not working Julien is an active runner, swimmer and tennis player and loves spending time at the family beach house in Anglesea and travelling with his wife Shelley and three kids Alice, Imogen and Kit.

Mary Quach
Client Services Manager
Mary’s experience is centred on customer excellence, client engagement and operational support to deliver high quality outcomes. She is dedicated to ensuring clients receive not only exceptional service but also timely updates on their affairs.
Born and raised in Melbourne, Mary has enjoyed a successful track record of customer focused roles over the last 13 years. During her 8 years in real estate, Mary led the property management teams at two property groups and there honed her operational management and client communication skills. In her most recent role as an executive assistant to the CEO of a leading Australian retail group, Mary was able to provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team while maintaining effective communication to ensure smooth operations.
Beyond the boardroom Mary enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also embraces the challenge of improving her culinary skills and despite her busy schedule, Mary remains deeply connected to her community, volunteering at her local outreach based in the western suburbs.

Rebecca is an experienced investment sales professional with 20 years financial services experience within funds management. Rebecca is currently a sales director at Franklin Templeton and has held senior sales distribution... roles across several boutique managers including Cooper Investors, Perennial, Pengana Capital, PM Capital and Ausbil Investment Management.
Rebecca is passionate about providing best in breed investment solutions to financial advisers, investment platforms, research houses and asset consultants and engaging with investors to understand their needs and building long term relationships with clients. Read more

Alan Jones
Advisory Board Member
Founder coach and startup investor, Alan has advised hundreds of Australian startups and invested in many of the best. He is currently serving as interim CEO of tech startup community Fishburners. ...Originally a tech journalist and then a content operations producer for Microsoft Sidewalk, Alan was Yahoo!’s first product hire in Australia and went on to become Product Director, South Asia for Yahoo! Inc.
He then was a co-founder and head of content and product development for home entertainment tech startup HomeScreen Entertainment, backed by the Packer family’s CPH, acquired by Quickflix.
Alan was a founding investor in Pollenizer, Startmate and Blackbird Ventures. His startup services agency The New Agency built AAP MediaNet, Autogenie and EmploymentHero before being acquired by BlueChilli in 2012.

Anthony is a Global Partner at Antler, one of the world's most active early-stage Venture Capital firms, operating out of 28 cities and making c.500 new investments per year. ...Anthony spends most of his time working strategically with Antler’s LPs including Sovereign Wealth Funds, Institutions, Family Offices, Corporates, Wealth Managers and UHNW. In addition, Anthony co-led the establishment of the Australia/NZ operation, operating out of Sydney in 2019, and has backed c. 220 entrepreneurs across more than 100 companies in the region.
Prior to Antler, Anthony was CEO of the Fintech, BrickX. BrickX allows all Australians to easily invest in direct residential real estate by providing proprietary technology and fintech solutions making investments accessible and affordable. Anthony successfully launched the business, raising Series A funding, scaling to over 12,000 investors, and exciting the business in December 2019.
Prior to BrickX and prior to arriving in Australia in 2015, Anthony was the co-founder of European eCommerce company ActivInstinct, which rapidly scaled over 5 years, launching into 9 countries and was acquired by JD Sports Fashion PLC in 2013.
Anthony started his career at UBS Investment Bank London, where he held roles across Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets divisions.
